As a companion to my ‘Interested in a NT PhD?’ page, I thought I would also do a how-to guide for PhD studies in NT. Now, instead of reinventing the wheel, I figured that many of the posts I have already done are quite relevant. So, below you will find links to many of my blog posts, but here they will be organized in a more useful way. NKG

I’m writing you for some advice and with the hopes you might have some time to respond. I’m currently in the process of trying to obtain a job doing research and writing involving my Christian Faith. I have a BA in Justice from American University in Washington DC and am having some trouble figuring out how to move from the secular work force to non. Any suggestions? Also, do you know of any good schools in the Los Angeles area for post grad. work? Any and all help you can give is greatly appreciated.
In God,
JON
Dear Nijay,
Thank you so much for your website. I benefit from it often. I would like to ask you whether you may comment on how to get most out of SBL (or academic conferences in general) esp. as the annual meeting in Boston is upcoming?
